Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: cancel unshipped orders from your account or by contacting us. Prepaid cancelled orders are refunded to the source within 5–7 business days.

Returns: 7-day return for damaged/wrong/defective items. Contact us with photos and order number.

Refunds: approved refunds go to the original payment method (Razorpay) within 5–7 business days; COD refunds go via bank transfer/UPI after verification.
